- In Fauna City, he's the one to call for justice. Dogged and determined, no case goes unsolved. Being born in the city, his heart and soul was raised on its streets. The ladies follow his every move, but his eyes always come back to his heart.

Lisa Umbridge
- Shepherd's long legged secretary. She knows her stuff in the office, and makes one hell of a cuppa joe.
"Any coffee, boss?"
Detective Lt. William Haroff
- One of the few good cops in a sea of corruption, he is one of Shepherd's best friends, and his former partner from homicide. As loyal as he is professional, he is Shepherd's right hand man and unofficial spy in the precinct. He has a knack for finding the unfindable.
"This isn't a toupee, ass!"
Mallisa Shar
- A lonely, rich widow, former wife of our stories victim. She hates the money she has, so she not only gives to the poor, she also volunteers and gets physically involved. She's very humble about her past life. Her sister was killed overseas, because of human trafficking, thus she despises human suffering and will do anything to stop it. She has a deep need for male comfort.
